They're ready to learn, improve, and grow. 5/5 would be Entrepreneur-level initiative and growth.

The lowest score in this review would be in the area of the agency working together with the business to prepare for eventualities — given a long-enough time frame, every VA will eventually move on. It would be great to have the management team at Wrksourcing proactively help you prepare for this by assisting you in preparing to pass on your work process, working to build backups for your VAs, etc., but this is not expected, only an area of opportunity. Wrksourcing does connect with you at regular intervals to ensure you're happy, establishes review stages, sends out surveys, communicates with you on holidays, and more.
