We recently had a complete renovation of the main floor of our home, including the kitchen. We engaged Quest Kitchens in all aspects of the scope, design, planning and installation of the kitchen. Quest fully met our high expectations throughout the process, without exception.

Charmaine was a pleasure to work with and helped guide us through the various stages. She used her considerable experience in kitchen design as well as her talents as a former teacher to offer suggestions, answer our many questions, and ensure that we had considered the many details of the project.

Karl is a true craftsman and clearly demonstrated this in the construction and installation of the cabinets. Both he and his well trained team were meticulous during the installation process and offered advice on every detail, including cabinet care and cleaning.

Charmaine and Karl were successful in working together to help us articulate our vision and then worked hard to translate this vision into the transformation of our home’s kitchen. They even made meaningful suggestions on credible suppliers and tradespeople to help with other work related to the renovation. Both Charmaine and Karl could not have been more helpful and we firmly believe that they were looking after our best interests.

We are delighted with the quality, the functionality and the appearance of our new kitchen cabinets and, indeed, the kitchen overall. We have no hesitation in recommending Quest Kitchens.

I am not sure if there are enough words in the dictionary to relate how thrilled I am to have found a team like Charmaine and Karl, and their team to make my dream kitchen come into reality, taking a 51 year old dreary old kitchen and with their magnificent talents in their respective fields and making it a place where I can create culinary delights and may never want to leave. Charmaine's suggestions were spot on to what I was looking for, I swear she read my mind. I was looking for carpentry craftsmanship and Karl did not disappoint, beautiful top quality work, the way it should be done, an art lost.

Where to start … Charmaine is an absolute godsend. The communication and ability to provide unbiased direction and a design that was solely for us was an integral part of this process. Without that structure, we would have been lost. Moreover, this project came at a very difficult time for us, and Charmaine was there every step of the way offering to help in any way that made this transition less stressful for us. Karl and his workers were prompt, professional and efficient. As a first time builder, we had lots of questions, and Karl took his time to explain the what’s, why’s and how’s. As a business owner myself, I take appreciation in the smaller details that make big differences. Karl took the time to be courteous and patient in our home while three young kids ran around being eagerly curious. The finer details of the cabinets - especially wine cabinet - make the kitchen “pop” and give it that WOW factor.

It’s safe to say that we are more than pleased with the job Quest Kitchens did for us, and we would highly recommend them to anyone. Charmaine and Karl brought the kitchen my wife wanted to life, and it surpassed our imagination. For that, I’m grateful because a happy wife means a happy life for me!

I can’t say enough good things about Quest Kitchens. Charmaine was an amazing resource for us from the start. She was always quick to respond and kept the project on track. She also offered great suggestions and kept us up to date on how long things might take.

The cabinets are so beautiful, Karl did amazing work. Karl and his crew were incredibly careful with the installation. It is time and money well spent.

I loved how down to earth Karl was. He knew how to take our ideas and make them better than what we had imagined. There were no limitations it seems. He could make anything possible!

If I ever move and have to get a new kitchen again, it will surely be Quest that I would want to do the job.

Quest Kitchens design built and installed our kitchen in 2008. With the exception of fair wear and tear over 14 years of raising our family we’re still very happy with the lay out and design on of our cabinets. About 5-6 years ago I reached out to Karl with a question on the finish which had lost some of its sheen. Karl stands behind his work by volunteering to respray all of our door free of charge. If you want a custom job, by someone who does good work and stand behind it Quest Kitchens is the place to go.
