From the moment you enter Empower the service is beyond a score of 10! I was having a problem with my account and Tracey was so helpful. I can’t say enough about Lorraine! She was so attentive listening to me explaining my injury. Her techniques and suggestions were perfect. I went for occupational therapy at the Empower in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia for my thumb the other day and it was great. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The office/lobby/facility was welcoming and clean and functional. I would definitely recommend this place!

I saw Lauren for a recent hand injury. She was absolutely fantastic. She was as gentle, kind, very thorough, very knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly. She was bang on with recommendations to help decrease inflammation and pain. I will recommend her to anybody and everybody with a hand injury.

Excellent service and care is provided here! I’ve injured myself a few times and am always able to get an appointment quickly. I’ve had physio and massage visits with most of the practitioners there and they are all great! I recommend Empower to everyone.

I have met with Lauren on two occasions and have found her to be efficient ,knowledgeable and understanding .She has suggested challenges and I will follow up with appointments that fit our time schedules.
