Average prices, average inventory. Nothing much to say there.
What I will share is that a few years ago we were in a pinch, needed 5 appliances and at the end of the day. They asked their delivery crew if they were willing to deliver our stuff right away and we were 25 min away. They delivered it happily and didn't charge extra.
For service like that I'll be a repeat customer any day.

I always have an amazing experience with Chediac. All of the staff are warm and welcoming. They greet you, ask if you need help and then hang back and check in occasionally. Service during and after the sale is second to none with warranty questions and concerns handled quickly. The delivery team is amazing with a call in the morning to confirm delivery and very efficient once they arrive...amazing!!! If you want to get back to supporting local and finding traditional service, this is the place to go.

If you want a nice place to shop for furniture & appliances, I would recommend shopping here.
Bill is amazing; he doesn’t pressure, he knows or will find out all the information for any question that you have and is always super happy.
The delivery staff is great and totally worth paying the fee for. They were super friendly, dressed very well and even took time to give my dog some love. Which if you are a pet owner, you know that that is huge!
Overall, it was a great experience and I can’t wait to try all my new appliances.

The customer service is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. I purchased a Frigidaire Fridge, stove and dishwasher in August 2020. I received the products on November 1, 2020 with the fridge doors unfinished, the stove handle with a large gash under the blue protective covering and the dishwasher needing immediate repairs as the motor was too low and rattled loudly on the floor. I contacted Chediac's immediately and sent pictures. I have contacted the store on numerous occasions, speaking to multiple associates only to be told they are really busy and things are slow to come in and if I worked in retail, I would understand. I worked in retail for 32.5 years and if I treated customers the way I am being treated, I would have lost my job. They will not even call me back. It is now 2 years since I purchased these appliances and still have no satisfaction. My recommendation....DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM CHEDIAC'S. They Do Not stand behind their products.

Bought a dresser for my mother recently plus a new washer and dryer about 6 months ago. Got nice deals, top notch quality furniture. Everyone in my family buys from Chediac's. If you have any problems they will take care of their customers. Highly recommend them.

Very disappointed. Tried to buy two washing machines so they made me a deal....they took 20 dollars off. Bought elsewhere. Saved myself 150$+ tax by doing so.Wtg Proudfoots Home Hardware.

Great experience buying a bed. Shopped around at every furniture store in Pictou County and almost passed on this one. Very glad I didn't, best price and most friendly staff of everywhere. They will be getting my business again first!
