Was new in town and looking for a barber. Did some checking online for local barbers. This seemed to be the place I wanted to check out. James is fantastic and open to helping make different choices with your cuts which I've been extremely happy with. Great service great cut and great atmosphere.

His newest barber Igor I've had cut my hair a few times when James is busy or when my schedule doesn't align with James and Igor has done a fantastic job as well. He is from Ukraine and English isn't the best but working on it. I promise you his English is good to understand what you want done on your hair and his focus on the cut is unreal. You will not be disappointed.

Overall I 1000% would recommend coming to Good Barber and having either gents cut your hair.

First time visit and I can for certain say I'll be back again, I was seen by James and he did a phenomenal job, old or young, I'd personally recommend Good Company Barber!

Best barbershop I’ve been to. Igor always does an amazing job cleaning up my mullet, and set me up with hair product that works great for me. Was worried the first time I went in that I’d be judged for being a woman in a barbershop, but not at all. Super professional, great cuts, great atmosphere, clean shop, immaculate vibes. I discovered Good Company shortly after moving to New Glasgow, not long after they opened. James has created a very special place. It is the kind of barber shop that I always wanted but hadn't found until I discovered this place. It is cool and hip while simultaneously being warm and inviting. That's a hard balance to strike. I knew within minutes of my first visit that I would be a client for life.

Great haircut, friendly staff, and very chill vibe.

Got a perfect fade here, not many other barbers in the area are capable.

There is an awesome arcade cabinet at the door to play if you arrive early, or need to wait.

Booked online very easily.

Great service and friendly atmosphere. Always pleased with my cut and feel comfortable letting James decide the style! Prices are reasonable. The deluxe beard trim is great and attention to detail is amazing!

This is the spot if your looking for a fresh cut. James' fade work is awesome. He knew what I was looking for and what would work best for my hair. His prices are more then fair. Can't recommend James enough. When I got home my sons both wanted a cut from him so I booked him right away.
