I visited the motor vehicle branch to register a car in my name the elderly woman in there was not helpful whatsoever on explaining how to go about it and on top of that i told her the car was given to me she tells me what she thinks the value of the car is worth and she gave me a price 4 times more than its value so i take it in for an appraisal I get the car in for inspections and work on it so i go back in and she tells me I have to get insurance on it so why didn't she tell me that prior I would have dealt with it the service there is less than adequate unfortunately it's the closest motor vehicle branch to me but I refuse to deal with that old bag again so I went to the motor vehicle branch in Yarmouth and I had an absolute pleasant visit there I didn't have attitude like I did from that Old Bag so I highly suggest going to Yarmouth and staying out of that Shelburne office because you will not have a good experience and I have heard from many others that they've had nothing but bad experience there too
