I have been a patient of Dr. Verma’s for many years, and I have referred many of my family members to him as well.

Years ago I struggled with an undetected autoimmune disease and he was able to correctly diagnose me. I firmly believe that any other doctor wouldn’t have gone the extra mile for me to correctly diagnose my condition. Dr Verma always gives me the knowledge I need to make the good healthcare decisions.

He looks for the root cause of my symptoms, he doesn’t just try to treat every problem with a pill. If my problems are lifestyle based, he’ll be straight up with me and won’t just push medications on me just to make my symptoms go away. If medications are needed, he’ll go over possible natural alternatives as well as pharmaceutical options and why I might won’t to go in either direction.

My mom is currently undergoing palliative chemotherapy treatments with him acting as her GP alongside her Oncologist and other healthcare professionals. He has been incredibly compassionate, caring and sweet with her. He never rushes her and is sure to answer all her difficult questions in a very caring manner.

Dr Verma himself and his immediate family have been through difficult medical situations. He knows how hard it is to navigate the healthcare system when things get really tough, and this has been extremely helpful while caring for my mom.

Dr Verma is a very compassionate man who I believe has an extremely balanced approach to medicine. He’s helped me and my family a lot, and I consider him to be an exceptional Doctor.

(PS: I’ve also had the pleasure of meeting his Father Dr. Manni Verma, and he is extremely kind, caring, gentle and compassionate with my mom. He’s an absolute sweetheart.)

I have been a patient of Dr. Verma‘s since January 2023. I previously had a GP who was not as attentive nor as concerned about my medical needs. I came to Dr. Verma in January due to a lump I found in my breast, he then got on the phone with BC cancer agency to make sure the proper steps were being taken in order for me to be diagnosed accordingly. Since then he has been working alongside my my oncologist and has always been there to answer my questions and offer his input thoughtfully, and considerately, as well as knowledgeably. He’s one of the most patient doctors I have ever come across and I would highly recommend him to anyone who feels like their needs are not being heard. Dr. Verma will always go above and beyond.

As a western trained physician, he can heal using those modalities but his focus is on using alternative treatments to work in conjunction with your own body’s healing power. He looks to get to the root of the issue, not just treat the symptoms. Constantly researching and diving deeper into new cellular data and cutting edge treatments, he always has a variety of perspectives to look at any issue. Beyond his vast medical knowledge, some of his greatest strengths, are his ability to listen to my issues and goals, be accessible and professional yet maintain a personal warmth and caring I don’t experience with other doctors.
