The staff of this company are very serious and responsible, and often check and maintain the state of the house, which not only can reassure the owners, but also can find good tenant resources. Andrew and the team at DFH Property Management are wonderful to work with. It's such a relief to have guidance and help when screening potential tenants - they do the background check, credit check and speak to references. They meet at the rental unit and show it to prospective tenants and they take the photos and do the listing advertising. We've also really appreciated their overseeing the move-in and move out processes - its so helpful to not need to be involved in that step. We have had their help over the past 2 years and they are always able to find us reliable, respectful tenants. It's really nice to have the stress and responsibility of being a landlord shared with someone who knows the Tenancy Act well. Andrew always gets back to us in a reasonable amount of time either by phone or email and their computer system is reliable when depositing rent. I very much appreciate Andrew and DFH Property Management - we strongly recommend them for helping oversee long term rentals in Victoria.

I've been a renter that has the unfortunate pleasure of having DFH as our property managers for many years now. They are terrible! The poor service started with Lisa and now continues along with Andrew and Megan. Very friendly and quick to respond. But nothing ever gets done to resolve maintenance issues. This team seems incapable of producing results. I'm not sure what they do other then take a percentage of the rent. Very disappointing.
