Horrendous experience. Save your energy and stay away from these robots particularly Graham Smith. Impossible to get a hold of, unprofessional, rude, opportunistic, ruthless. He will bluntly lie looking at your face. More adjectives available to describe him but I don’t want to be rude like he is. I dealt with him the first time because I didn’t know him and I had to deal with him the second time because I didn't have a choice. It was his listing. You have to complain to head office to get him to return your call. It’s because of him I ended up opening my business late and lost good portion of summer sales. He just doesn’t care. I will never forgive you Graham.

We are giving 2 stars wish we could give more to Baron who is understanding. The property managers used to be good but changed for the worse.
Assume the worst of tenants when it has not done much for many small businesses during this pandemic.
When a company like Colliers gets praise from some people,, it should show humility.
That is definitely not the case here. Ego getting in the way plus no compassion for struggling businesses is unconscionable for a company like Colliers.

Terrible.......bad customer service, felt like I was dealing with robots, didn't care for my business. When putting together the lease the agent kept brushing off my questions and it was clear all he cared about is me signing ....in a rush nonetheless... I ended up loosing 10k in the process due to a poorly written lease and anybody I spoke with afterwards basically said "tough luck" ....Do yourself a favour and dont hire this company
