My wife and I had to rent out our newly bought home in Kelowna for 3 years before we were able to move up from the Vancouver area for good this summer. Having EPM manage the main house and suite took the stress out of attempting to rent & landlord long distance.

Aaron and Treena always had great communication over the 3 years and I would especially like to commend Mike as a standout during this time. Phenomenal at his job.

EPM helped us navigate various issues that popped up as well, like needing to install a retaining wall toward the end of the 3 years in our backyard. They were quick to find new quality tenants for us and we had very little down time. Utility bills and maintenance were managed on our behalf as well.

If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate to use EPM for my management.

This is, without question, the most pathetic excuse for a property management company I have EVER witnessed. From management, to maintenance, to secretaries they are completely useless.

Don't expect any help should you rent from them. You are on your own for everything, as the company will either stop responding or not respond in the first place.

Stay away, at all costs, for your sanity. If you want to deal with absolute value-less people at every step of the way, come on in. If I acted like the employees for this disgusting company do I'd have a LONG look at myself in the mirror and ask why I am such a terrible person

I utilized EPM to rent an apartment for university in the Quail Ridge community. They made the entire process of renting extremely easy; they gave a lot of flexibility in the move in/move out processes while letting us just enjoy our place in the middle without interruption. I would not hesitate to rent through EPM again.

The condo I stayed in for all 3 years of university was rented through Executives Property Management and as school can be stressful, I can happily say nothing with renting ever was with them, they made everything easy, from maintenance to signing leases it was all a breeze and I was so happy to be going through them!

lived at the Vita for a year. Daryll the strata manager is terrible to deal with. my vehicle was broken into and had thousands of dollars of tools stolen from it while living there and they refused to help although everything was on camera, they were terrible at responding to concerns I had, etc.
location isn't great, being by the lake is nice but a lot of loud people living here as well as crime in the area.

suites themselves were nice however quite small.
couches are very cheaply made and are uncomfortable.
The property management company I dealt with (Real Property Management) weren't great Either, they took an entire month to refund my security deposit, They never returned calls and were slow in their process of doing things.

although, Andrew at real property management was great to deal with, no issues with him.

overall experience was not good hence why I left.
not recommended.

Best rental property management company in Kelowna. Always finds good tenants quickly and services are high quality, Efficient and accountable. Aaron and Treena the owners of this company are very nice, smart and responsible persons. Highly recommended. Doing business with them is a big pleasure.

I live in the East Arctic and am unable to manage my rental property on my own. I’ve been nothing but unbelievably happy with the service provided by Real Property Management. They have selected amazing tenants, look after all aspects of the maintenance of my property and keep me informed of everything as it occurs. I’d highly recommend them as they make being a landlord so much easier and completely stress free!
