We've known Scott since 2016 after he helped our in-laws buy a house and was referred to us for our purchase in 2016. If you can imagine a realtor putting all the effort into helping a family to buy a property in a hot market while in Europe, that was Scott, and we did successfully purchase the house without seeing it and being in Kelowna.

We hired Scott again to sell that property and again to buy a new property in 2023. Each time we worked we Scott, we had the pleasure to work with a professional that has a strong work ethic, has excellent discipline, ability to listen and make great suggestions. The quality I specifically appreciated the most was Scott's speed of taking action. I don't know how he's doing that, attending to multiple clients at the same time, but my texts and emails were always answered promptly and action was put in motion each time - what a level of excellence in the work Scott is doing.

I would absolutely work with Scott again, we're very satisfied customers here and he's like family to us now 🙂

Scott has been an excellent realtor for us during the process of both buying and selling our home. We worked with Scott for about 5 months in the early "research" phase of looking for our next family home. My husband and I bought our first house with Scott! We looked at over 50 homes with him because we knew that there was a better one than the last! He stuck it out with us until the end... and he put up with our BS (haha!)
Not once did we hear a single complaint, there was NEVER any disinterest, no negativity, he was full force 24/7 just for us.
I would get emails from him at 10 o clock at night with a list of homes that he thought I would like!
Scott was 100% dedicated to our wants, needs and he never skipped a beat.
We were away at work when it was go time, and we couldn’t be in town to view the house. So Scott took it upon himself to ensure the viewing still went down, but with him in our place!
So we were actually on FaceTime with Scott, pulled over on the side of the highway and we trusted him enough to make the executive decision with us.
Now three years later, we are still in our home and we absolutely love it. He touches base with us all the time just to see how we’re doing, filling us in on the real estate market, and inviting us to customer appreciation events.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
Scott was the best thing that could’ve happened to us in our home buying experience. He made it easy, painless and very enjoyable in fact. He’s easy to talk to, easy going, great sense of humor and very personable.

It was such a pleasure working with Scott. We are moving to the Kelowna area from the Lower Mainland and had many areas to visit / learn about prior to settling, as we are not from the area. Scott spent all weekend with us, helping us find an area and a house that we love. You can tell that Scott truly loves what he does... and he is amazing at it! He devotes his time to you and makes the whole process as stress-free as possible! He always had our best interests in mind. Simply the best real estate experience of my life! My wife and I were looking for a new home after moving to the Kelowna area and walked into the Remax office to see what was available.
