We turned to Josh Spruce when the provincial government pulled the rug out from under us on short term rentals. From day one Josh made us feel confident that we could still rent our property for a longer stint and he delivered. Also he was full of super helpful advice for first time owners. Sean has been an excellent property manager. I originally tried to manage my rental myself from Vancouver but ran into issue after issue with tenants and finally reached out to Sean several years ago. I wish I would have called him sooner! He has removed every bit of stress that comes with being a landlord. I trust him to make the right decisions for me and my tenants and am 100% confident everything will always be taken care of. Had an amazing stay at Sean's Silver Star condo just before Christmas!
The unit was perfect for our small family of 3, and could've accomodated one more person very comfortably. The unit was very clean, and very well stocked with all the kitchen essentials one might need. Great ski in ski out access, the outdoor hottub was open, and we had absolutely everything we needed for and awesome weekend at the hill.
Sean was very easy to deal with, and made sure we had everything we needed. We have already booked our next stay!

Sean has been our go to guy for a summer vacation rental.
We started this relationship in 2012 and it's been going strong ever since.
He's organized, friendly, helpful and is only a phone call away if anything arises.
The townhouse that we rent is always very clean and well maintained.
It's very comfortable for two couples or families with children.
Location is great, beds comfortable, good quality sheets and towels.
Well stocked kitchen with respect to dishes, glasses, cutlery, coffee maker, microwave and frying pans.
Everything you need for a wonderful vacation. You get the benefit
of being in a home away from home.
I have no problem recommending Sean as well as this vacation property.
