Don’t employ this company to advise your strata council, they think they are above BC provincial strata law. Genevieve Ring is belligerent & incompetent. There will be if not already have caused legal troubles between owners & strata councils. Beware!

Absolutely atrocious, when people say “strata’s are a nightmare”, This is the nightmare company they speak of.

As an owner in this building I couldn’t be more dissatisfied with the communication and services provided by Genevieve Ring or Loreto.

As the previous reviews have stated.. they are horrendous. Penny pinching and clueless. I've had an out with Gord and I thought he was bad. Buckle up. Genevieve is even worse. Can't do the bare minimum of her job. Sent an email out for a 3 day minimum of elevator out. Been 10 days. No updates. Won't answer emails. Answered a phone call and says maybe 3 to 4 months. Wasn't going to send an updated email or weekly emails until I mentioned that. I wouldn't trust these people to tie my shoe let alone manage a building. Steer clear. Any apartment or condo renters out there looking make sure you ask your landlord who their building manager is and if it's this sham company say no. Would give zero stars if I could

I showed up for a council meeting that was posted to start at 6. The door was locked, so I called the number on the door. They said it didn't start until 7, but that she would be right down to let us in. After 5 minutes of waiting she called back to say she would be have an hour? We went home for 25mins and came back. Door was still locked and when I called she said she would be right down. After 10 mins of waiting outside, I called back and it went to voicemail. So we missed our own meeting. I'm blown away at how that was handled and a waste of our whole evening

Horrible Strata management. As the review above states, this company does not care about their tenants. Only money, if they can fine you for something they will. Don't even get me started on Gord the manager, only gets involved if it might affect his pocket or if he can squeeze some money out of people. Turn the heat on in the summer and turns the a/c on in the winter. Requested to get the windows cleaned for the building, that was two years ago. Still no clean windows. Dont be surprised if you're building gets egged.

If you are looking for the worst property management in the interior of BC, you found it with this company. He thought he could actually search my computer, within an owned town home. That isn't an invasion of privacy at all is it? Not a clue these people. Don't make the mistake. Less than 1 star.

If I could give 0 stars I would, there's a reason they won't list with BBB, they only care for the money and not people. They are terrible at communication, very cruelly demeaning and they sign their emails with a parody of the Land Acknowledgement which I find offensive as a Native American woman. Do not work with this company!

The worst property management company to ever exist. Don't care about anything but lineing their pockets. Sneeze and they fine you as an owner. They don't answer Emails when the pressure is on, they do the minimum required, if that. Look elsewhere! you will thank me!
