Where do I start, wow! From the moment I started texting and communicated the issues that I was having with my rental property and that I desperately needed help as a new landlord. Thank goodness for these guys. They have been nothing but transparent from managing our property to helping us buy a secondary home! If you’re looking for an agent you can rely on, it’s a clear choice. When speaking with a managing broker at a DIFFERENT company in town, about a complaint with one of their agents I was absolutely dismissed and belittled. I feel the team at Commercial fully listen, address my concerns and I feel my investments are safe; I would never consider not going with them now.

Graeme and his team have been incredible to work with. They currently manage commercial and residential units in a large building downtown Vernon. Very approachable, friendly, solution orientated, and available. Awful to deal with. Just terrible. One of their people injured my dog! They will do nothing to take care of issues in properties under their management and it apparantly takes months for the inspector to notify the person above him about issues.

Wow, this company has some real issues with property management. Do not ever EVER EVER deal with Graeme or one of his lackies! They are due for several lawsuits within the BC strata laws! Stay tuned!

Don't deal with this company. I recently made a huge mistake by dealing with Stewart Pearson who works for this company . My advise to you is to stay away !
