If i could put no stars i would. Went there to get a quote for our kitchen, was told it was impossible to move the dishwasher where we wanted it without buying new cabinets. We picked our counter top and island we wanted, all the hardware and sink with taps was picked. Just wanted to find out what the cost would be if we paid La Cuisine for the complete installation as well of everything needed. (we were paying cash by the way) Was told they don't do plumbing or any type of installs that we would have to hire contractors to do it but Natalie was going to find out for us and get back to us...

Well here we are two months later still waiting for that quote. It's ok though, Home and Haven was more then happy to take my cash, they did EXACTLY what we wanted without making me purchase new cabinets. If you are looking for ANY kitchen work done? Go to Home and Haven, you wont regret it. There price and selection is amazing and customer service is top notch.

Buyer Beware
I ordered a small custom made vanity for my basement bathroom from LaCuisine Kitchen Cabinets on Valleyview Road in Val Caron, Ontario .
When I received the vanity it only had 2 legs. I ordered a vanity with 4 legs. Natalie told me that my vanity was a hanging vanity. I did not order a hanging vanity. Natalie said they could make 2 legs for me, at a cost to me of over $300 plus tax. I already paid for a vanity with 4 legs.
My original drawing to Natalie was a small drawer across the top with 2 handles. In Natalie’s drawing she forgot the top small drawer right across. I had to correct her. We got 1 handle for the top drawer instead of 2 handles.
I ordered casings for my window & doorway that were painted the same colour as the vanity. I gave Natalie the measurements. Natalie told me I only needed 4 eight foot casings. I had to correct her that I needed 5 eight foot casings.
LaCuisine has been paid in full, & I have a vanity that is missing 2 legs.

We did a whole home reno in 2015/2016 and had La Cuisine design our kitchen, main bathroom, master ensuite bathroom and master walk in closet. We chose quartz throughout and love each piece.

We are still in love with the work Kathy, and La Cuisine, did for us. Our kitchen still stuns us, and our guests. We went with Bisque maple cabinets with black quartz. Our kitchen is as stunning as a grand piano. 🙂

We recently purchased a second, vacation home on Manitoulin Island on the North Shore of Huron, and we're seriously considering hiring Kathy and La Cuisine again when we're ready to update it. Highly recommend!!

La Cuisine provides an excellent service (and product) from start to finish.

I initially met with Corrie to inquire about countertops. Her knowledge and understanding on the topic was quite impressive. Considering I am a new home owner, she really went into depth explaining the different colours, designs, prices, etc.

Once I decided on a colour and style, Mike came by to do some measuring. His knowledge and expertise was so impressive, I decided to have him install the countertops. He was able to answer all my questions and really provide the perfect product for me; his work was flawless.

His attention to detail was just incredible, and my new countertops from La Cuisine are perfect.

I highly recommend La Cuisines services and I am beyond a satisfied customer.

Paul was fantastic to work with and helped pull our ideas together and give them life. His recommendations for reworking the flow of our kitchen has been spot on.
We started working with La Cuisine on a beverage bar area for our downstairs. The fit and finish was great and worked well with our budget. Mark the installer was fantastic and did a great job. He always kept the area clean and he was very efficient. He also installed our kitchen cabinets and we had the same experience on that install.
On the design front Paul helped pull our ideas together, made helpful suggestions and made adjustments to get the ideas from paper to reality.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for any remodel or new build projects from kitchen, to bathroom to cupboards or cabinet needs.

We started our planning with LA Cuisen in July of 2020...and of of today March 24 2022 they still have not completed the job. They install the original cabinets in out home when we build it over 14 years ago, they had to redo all the door fronts 2 years later because the finish and stain was coming off. After the refinishing was complete they needed to be redone again. That is when we decided to redo door fronts and trim . That was July 2020. It's been nothing but a problem trying to get this completed. We kept getting pushed aside for bigger jobs and had ours worked on when they had time. Can you believe it takes over 5 months to have a drawer and cutlery tray installed...totally unbelievable and unprofessional. I will never recommend or deal with this company again..SO BEWARE they will promise you the world and deliver nothing
