For an assisted living (dementia), it is alarming the harm that is inflicted on the patients here. They only care about money and maxing out (and demanding increases) for chemical restraints on our loved ones. You supply medical supplies and meal supplements, snacks and so on....and they go missing. Clothing goes missing. Rooms are emptied out of personal belongings. Prescriptions are lost. Residents (dementia) and families are told only English is allowed to be spoken. There is no communication between staff. Horrific site physician attitude. I'm not sure how they're an accredited set of facilities. Take your loved one to a facility that cares about people, not just money.

The apartments need to be painted! The windows are substandard! The rollers come out of the tract and the windows fly open. We have been subjected to crazy Rent charges!
And the management can be nice on one day and cruel other days. Want to mention Sharon Adamson who is a real credit to the Bethany Group! Always Respectful, kind and helpful!!

Low income housing is an excellent program . The only problem is that our politicians can cancel it at any time and our rent is an average of 1500.00 month for rent . Low job opportunities means lower income per family and singles . If you move to Camrose as a single person you will not be able to have your own place.

Mother in law moved in back in 2009 to a location in lacombe and is still living there. They refuse to put up or allow her to install handrails even though it is medically needed. They also are very stingy on things and hard to work with. Wouldn't recommend as the new owners don't care as much about the people and more about their own pockets.

The way Lisa spoke to me made me feel as though I am an unwelcome newcomer to the City of Camrose. I can accept that Bethany has no accommodations at this time but I left here worried that my new start and my family's future here could be in jeopardy. I have relatives already living in Camrose and Lisa conveyed, in my opinion, an apparent prejudice against my application based on her "knowing the family".
