I have had the pleasure of working with Jamie and his team on many projects both commercial and residential. Their attention to detail and ability to come up with the best suited HVAC systems for different scenarios is unmatched. 10/10 I would highly recommend to give them a call for your next project.

An unnecessarily long process with very poor/difficult communication along the way. It seemed clear that my project was low in priority and progress occurred mostly through prompting (ie: polite emails not answered for weeks or more (Sudden developments only when main branch forced interaction on my behalf). I was misled and left with questions unanswered and without the solution I hired them for (a viable choice for MUA). Will not be contracting the Nanaimo branch again. 2 stars because the home office was polite, professional, and quick to respond.
