We have used MPMG for our condo building for more than 5 years now. They are efficient and trustworthy. They can be relied upon to carry out things they have committed to.

Prices for units in our building have gone up consistently over the past 5 yrs, beyond the market rate. This can be attributed to the properties being well maintained and clean.

I have found the staff to be professional and reliable. Also they are knowledgeable about the managing of condo boards and are up to date on requirements and laws.

We will be using them for other investments as well. I would recommend them for managing rental properties.

One star is 2 stars too many.

There are "slumlords" and then there is Maple. Forget improvement, this "company" has not lifted a finger to even maintain existing standards since taking over "management" of our property. Im still not convinced this company isnt a total scam on both Tenants AND Owners.

Some things to look forward to, based on our experience:

- Zero cleaning/sanitization of building interior as of 10 months in to their contract.

-Waited over 2 months for replies to 3 separate email maintenance requests.

-Notices served late and backdated to reflect the correct date.

-Attempts to coerce, threaten and intimidate tenants.

-Relying heavily on City Bylaw to enforce property standards after maintenance requests go ignored for long enough.

There's an obvious reason the only reviews here are 1 star and 5 stars.

Saud and his company Maple Property Management Group have managed my properties for over 5 years now. He is responsive (even on weekends and weeknights), courteous, efficient and manages the property well. I would recommend him for property management anytime

I, live in a building managed by Maple Property Management Group. After so many years being neglected, kudos to Maple staff who have turned around the living experience in our building. The property has noticably improved in appearnce and cleanliness. The staff has been amazing, especially Priyanka and Faizan.
Priyanka, has been an outstanding property manager. She is thorough, thoughtful and highly responsive, and is always a pleasure to deal with. She gives tenants informed and considered advice. She has always got time for tenants to talk over issues at length and help them.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This company hires unqualified employees who have no clue what they're doing. Especially with one of the properties they manage, a lot of tenants have problems like roaches, floods and other damges that need to be repaired ASAP, and the management does nothing about it, they do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. When you speak with them in person they laugh at your problems, and make up a lame excuse about why they cannot repair something. The property manager Priyanka Soni has a power trip anytime you speak with her. She talks to tenants in a condescending tone. When you expose and question the terrible management they play the victim. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

I paid a deposit to get a laundry smart card in 2018 and was told when I returned the card I would get my deposit back. But when I moved out in 2022 and needed to return the card and get back the deposit, no one was able to handle my request. I sent a couple of emails to their CEO & President but received no response. Now I will be extra cautious about who manages the property before I move in.

I'm a current owner and have a leak, my shut off valves in my bedroom closet for my unit. They said I have to call the building plumbers, Hyde Park Plumbing, and pay for them to shut off the water in the entire building so I can get my leaky shut off valves replaced.
They raised the association fees and we pay 10,000 a year for management that you see maybe once every 3 months in the office on the 1st floor.
The stairwells look terrible they need to paint them, I've been asking ever since I bought my apartment last year with no response.
They never answer calls, lucky to get an email back in a few days. If there was a big emergency good luck getting in contact by phone. Other big issues with the association fee money I won't get into on here, I'll go through the Media about this.
Not happy would give "0" star rating if I could.

Our condo board contracted with Maple to perform standard condominium management duties for a building in east London. The duties ran the gamut from financial book keeping and statement preparation, day to day operations and satisfying the legal requirements of the CAO etc. Both head office and local staff have always been responsive and cooperative. Furthermore Maple has been able to maintain a level of staff stability enabling partnership type behaviors not possible at previous condo management organizations. Our property is noticeably improved in appearance/cleanliness and the owners can't help but notice that the property values have appreciated well above the London average in the last few years as we have demonstrated achieved sales price results. Overall maple runs a tight ship in a challenging business.
