When I was reading all these negative reviews before we moved to our new townhouse I couldn't believe in such a low level of professionalism people were calling out in their complaints. Now I get it when I got trapped in the property they are managing. It's even useless to change them and they don't even care about their customers. Not responsive, doing nothing which is in their responsibilities for common elements. I have been contacting them for 4 months for issues I have had in my condo townhouse but they are soo "professional" in making excuses and delaying until you get tired yourself and leave them alone. All they want eventually so they can only collect your maintenance fees and DO NOTHING! Simply avoid if you can getting into any of their properties managed by Feherty Property Management Inc.. They don't even deserve 1 star!!!

As a home owner, I don't recommend to use Feherty & Associates. The 5-Stars is written by their own people. You can see all comments for this company are negative. If I were I wouldn't hire them.

Firstly, they well trained their staffs not answering phone calls, reply emails and make excuses. Secondly, they had never provided good services when we inquired about our community issues and they took more than one or two months to answer you. The only best and quick response when they sent letters to you to ask you for payments.
I would say don't hire this company to manage your communities. Extremely bad services and they just wanted to make money without providing services. Our neighbors sent emails and called Fiona and she had never replied emails and returned calls.

I called Feherty Property Management to ask if my company can handle there indoor and outdoor maintenance (janitorial needs) for their properties. And I spoke with someone that managed those issues. I was taking away with how professional that rep was on the phone with me and I've seen there properties and was amazed..I know I'm coming from a different perspective, but Feherty Property Management is the BEST company to manage your properties.

Terrible experience. Brian the owner is ignorant, non-professional and rude. Michael his son and main contact person at ferehty is the very same way. They never reply to our emails or calls. Every time i have a problem with our condo-townhouse and i have to deal with them i want to cry. Because i know they will never help or offer any solutions. They might as well make you pay an enormous special assessment without investigating the issue or looking for cheaper options. I true hate the fact that our condo corp has to deal with this company. Stay away! DO NOT HIRE them to watch after your property!

Feherty ruined the experience I had living in such a beautiful building with great people living in it. I lived in a building ran by them in Aurora. 4 years living not once we’re our exterior windows cleaned. The “gym” was an absolute joke, and when notifying the danger in the outdated equipment they wouldn’t even respond. Hardly no amenities yet my maintenance fee doubled by the time i left. Everyone would always complain about them , never once heard anything positive. Stay away.

I am very pleased with Feherty Property mgt. I've had a number of issues with my commercial condo unit, and they have responded quickly with results that fixed the problems.(even when the solutions were not cheap). They even explained demarcation and worked diligently on the issues they are responsible for. (I was surprised at what they actually are responsible for...whew). For big jobs, they get quotes and review. At the annual meeting they listed and are acting on snow removal issues as well as parking problems. Feherty is a very good property mgt company

1 Star is TOO MUCH credit for this failing company. Our YCC has been with them 3 years. They NEVER return emails, EVER. Not one in 3 years. Our sidewalks never get cleared after a snow storm until a day or two later. Our parking lot gets a one swipe and they disappear. Our lawn cutting is erratic at best. They miss 20% of the property we own, but cut the townships property {on OUR DIME). Our public lighting (4 lights in total thru out the property) ... for last two months, only ONE working. Email them... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH takes months IF EVER for them to get back to you. When asked at the general meeting why they don't respond to emails... they feeble excuse WAS... our email was hacked (I guess they think we are all totally computer illiterate). Or we don't answer emails on weekends... Property Management is supposed to be 24/7/365... NOT WITH THIS pathetic COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN, In MY Opinion.

My appreciation to Feherty Property Management Inc. for the efficient work last week to extinguish a big bee nest outside my patio. The pest control was carried out fast, thus I have no worries now about those bees flying around.
