Leonora and Lucy are incredibly irresponsible and seem incapable of handling any issues with the condo. They don't even bother responding to urgent emails or calls. If you're incapable of doing your jobs, you should consider quitting instead of making other people's lives worse.

After the last nightmare posing as a condo management company, REVIVE is a Godsend. Their arrival at 5 Rowntree Road came as a surprise to me, and they have already made noticeable improvements. Their letters to the owners, renters, and residents here are not only professionally written, but also show attention to detail, and genuine concern for our wellbeing. The grounds are immaculately landscaped, and integrity has not only been 'revived' but replaced with a sense of calm. I am truly thankful to everyone involved in restoring the energy here on Rowntree Road. What a difference a day makes!

To start off, the two positive reviews here were submitted by both Rose & Alicia...both whom work for the Revive. This is truly the absolute worst company you could possibly deal with. Unresponsive to any contact made regarding even the simplest questions. I have been sending emails monthly for the last 2 years on an issue and I have received one email response saying "they would look into it" with no further communication. Its like this company doesn't exist and they just collect their salaries.

Edit: After posting my initial review Leonora did reach out to me and we had a good 1hr+ chat to discuss the issues. With a new build and a change in building management they have their hands full. After meeting with Leonora I do feel that they are capable and things behind the scenes are getting done.

horrible service,leonara is rude and abnoxious. Cant handle simple confrontation and also lacks patience to listen. Extremely hard to get a hold of because she tends to not to reply to emails or calls. For a company offering a service,they need to get off their high horse.

Property managers are non responsive. Had to contact CMRAO to get involved.
When they do respond, they are clueless about what is going on. Possibly one of the worst condo corps I have dealt with in my 15 years of property investments.

Here's the kicker, one of the 5 stars given here is by one of the property managers at rcm, Alicia.

The most unprofessional management team I've ever dealt with.
