I would highly recommend you do NOT purchase or rent a unit managed by JTB Management. If you are smart you will notice all the detail in the 1 star reviews as appose the the very vague and short 5 star reviews. I work in tech and in this industry, the 5 star reviews are FAKE. I posted a review telling the truth before but Anna from JTB called and asked me to take it down. I would be doing a disservice if I didn't tell the truth. Here is what happened. I complained about a water leak coming into my home 11 months ago. They neglected it and told me I didn't have water damage. They sent an office administrator Anna instead of a professional to water test the walls. Now the water has ruined my floors because of their neglect. They finally admitted there is a waterproofing issue. Their contractor came in and did the water test...Finally, after all the damage was done. Instead of fixing the water proofing, they are getting multiple quotes, First quotes spanning at least 5 weeks between quotes. Every time it rains my home floods. Due to their neglect, I am told I have to pay for all the interior damages and some of the mold remediation. This all would have been avoided if they sent a professional 11 months ago. This was reported June 22nd, they are still getting quotes on September 13th. They are clearly stalling. They sent an email saying they will deny all and everything I said. This was Tanya's Quote when I said I was writing a review "Any claim of Negligence will be expressly denies. " If you see a reply denying it....well, I told you they would. Is this what my maintenance fees are paying for, poor customer service, leaking home and overflowing garbages in the underground parking? I hope this helps the next person on their home buying or renting journey. Please, save yourself the headache and look somewhere else if JTB Manages it.

I won’t speak for the others but Eleni really went out of her way to help me as a condo unit owner. She is super friendly, very pleasant to communicate with, and you can just tell she has genuine empathy and proactiveness/competency to back it up. When others just phone it in and try to minimize their workload as much as they can, Eleni listens to your concerns, relates to your situation, and does the best she can to make sure you’re taken care of. Great work ethics all around. JTB management is really lucky to have Eleni.

Board member and signed a contract recently. Our condo townhome complex was mismanaged as self managed condo corp.for 2 decades. They gave us a great proposal once signed they helped us with our finances and set us straight with our books and up to date; IT portal and communications and newsletter. Very professional, knowledgeable and returns calls and emails same day.

I cannot say enough regarding the wonderful and professional service our Condo building receives from JTB Management. We have had remarkable service and follow up on issues as they arise. Very professional team with an eye to detail. John really knows what each property (residential or commercial) needs and always put quality at the forefront. Anna; their office administrator has had an outstanding level of devotion to helping us maintain a wonderful condo environment .

I had been leaving in condos as the owner and as a tenant. I had been involved with JTB in both capacities on two occasions and I have nothing bad but great things to say about JTB and all the personnel I dealt with: Nina regarding my status certificate, Tanya when I had to put the complain about my neighbour and Anna as a receptionist. Each and everyone of them let me speak and express my concerns and provided me with options to resolution. Nina took her time to guide me through the process of status certificate. Tanya thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about the resolution to a conflict my neighbour and I had and Anna was at all times polite and professional every time I had phoned and she always took her time to listen to my frustrations, which had nothing to do with management, but with people leaving at the complex and always made me feel very appreciated and my voice being heard. I had dealt with couple of other management companies before and i had not experienced level of customer service JTB had provided to me. I have to note the response time is great and in some cases it was instant and in another within 24 hours and less. The follow up system was superb. I had been followed up by management (which had never happened before) on few occasions to confirm my concerns were resolved to my satisfaction. When I moved out (as an owner) I had received a thank you note from management for keeping my account always in good standing. I was so touched and surely enough I had never received this kind of good bye letter from namangemrmg ever before. I sincerely believe that all condominiums under JTB Management group are in good hands and I personally had never received such a personal touch and excellent communications from management throughout my condo experiences. By the way loved the software they provided to our corporation and will truly miss JTB and the web portal at my new place?

As a homeowner and board member, JTB was hired in 2017 to help rebuild our townhome status. When JTB took over, the previous management company had run our board into debt, did not pay utilities on time and there was very little communication and transparency. As a result, homeowners were angry/frustrated, we were paying unnecessary overdue fees for utilities and building repairs were completely ignored.

JTB was hired and they quickly set up an online portal to communicate all community updates, input and track any neighbour complaints, complete building repairs and provide transparency between the board, management, and community. They set the community on track to rebuild the reserve fund and finances, and worked diligently on completing repairs. In short, they had to overall over 6 years' worth of debt and repairs the last management company had put us into.

As of 2021, JTB continues to listen and respond to homeowner voices with patience, responds in a timely and efficient manner and has continued to maintain the integrity of the community's finances.
