The unit was well maintained and newly renovated. Any issues (which were very minimal) were promptly addressed and it showed that they truly cared for not only the unit, but us tenants as well.

I recently rented an apartment through this property management company, and I was deeply disappointed with my experience. From the moment I moved in, it became clear that the apartment was not properly maintained. The biggest issue I encountered was an infestation of cockroaches. Despite my efforts to address the situation, the problem persisted, making it impossible to live comfortably.

I reached out to the management multiple times, but their response was slow and inadequate. I was essentially left to deal with the problem on my own, and it became clear that they weren't taking the issue seriously.

Ultimately, I had to move out early because the living conditions were unacceptable.
I was hoping for a professional and clean living space, but unfortunately, this company failed to deliver on both fronts. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering renting from them. The lack of care for the property and the tenants' well-being is unacceptable.
