I'm looking for an apartment to rent, I came accross Overbank Towers online. I met with a very kind lady Natasha. Unfortunately they only have a 2 bedroom available, im looking for a 1bedroom. She was professional and answered all my questions even though I won't be renting a 2 bedroom. She gave me one of her cards so I could contact her in the future. I definitely will be waiting to rent here. The building was spotless, Natasha was very welcoming and the gardens at the front make the building very inviting. Thank you Natasha for answering all my questions and making me feel right at home.

I was looking for a 2 bedroom apartment & came across overbank towers.. I just walked in & was still warmly welcomed by Natasha who is the building supervisor. She showed me the available unit & provided me with all the necessary information. She is very professional, helpful and knows her job really well. Since this is our first house in Canada the experience we had with our first move was tremendous. Natasha made sure that all the documentation was done on time & helped made our transition extremely smooth. She is very approachable & diligent. Thanks Natasha for being the best

I am a retired senior property manager in Toronto and i am pleasantly surprised to see the building at 1001 Lawrence Avenue East to be such a well maintained and spotlessly clean environment.
I believe the superintendent’s name is Jeanette who honestly deserves a medal for putting in all her heartfelt effort in keeping this property in such an amazing shape.
I am a guest who visits a tenant in this building regularly and i feel obligated to say something nice and uplifting for such a conscientious lady which is very hard to find these days.

I have lived at 18 Tinder Crescent for 5 years and have always been very pleased with any maintenance required to my apartment. Recently a light bulb in my bathroom broke off leaving part of the bulb in the socket. I don't mess with electrical things. Natasha came in and very efficiently resolved the problem. She was very pleasant and friendly to be around and I was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you, Natasha!!!!

Your superintendant Jeanette i believe is her name is a very conscientious and devoted person who makes it a pleasure to live here. Personally i am a guest visiting my fiance at apartment 201 and it us truly a delight for me every time i come here to visit.
