I bought a Safe and Sound Pro II in January 2021. This an excellent meter for measuring radio-frequencies.
Two months later, the meter was defective and was replaced under warranty with a new identical meter.
In February 2024, the meter once again displayed wrong values.
Even though the warranty had expired, SLT quickly replaced the meter for free without any questions.
I returned the defective one with a pre-paid shipping label they sent me by email.
It is not often that a company is willing to back up the quality of their products with positive action. Great customer service and quick response that should be highlighted !

Absolutely phenomenal products and customer service. I am thrilled with every product purchased here. Even the ones I returned. The quality of each product has been stellar, and you can tell that Safe Living Technologies really cares about what they do. Compared to other quality companies I think that the products here are top notch, and I love how they specify the measurements for which the products work (sorry I'm not an expert with the terminology I should be using) whereas some other companies simply state that their product works for 5G and so on. SLT states to which decibel and frequency, etc prior to purchase and stands by their statements. I'm an SLT loyalist from here on out! At this point The Safe and Sound Pro-Meter II, the Naturelle fabrics and bed canopy have made significant improvements to my quality of life. Thank you so much for all you do, SLT!!!!

Unfortunately I did not have a good buying experience. The meter that I purchased had been tampered with, or used and arrived with a broken package seal which was resealed with another seal. Extremely disappointed since the process to ship and return a used product cost me $37.71.
