Long story short lol she came up with some changes for me, and here I am now 65 lbs smaller and in the gym three times a week. I recently had my first appointment with Nurse Practitioner Kim Rovers. I booked the appointment to speak with Kim about HRT and thyroid medication management. My family doctor was not responsive to the benefits of HRT, and so I have suffered for years in pain and brain fog. My naturopath recommended Kim, and I am happy she did. Together, they are prescribing HRT, always taking care to account for family history, blood tests, etc. For the first time in a long time, I feel heard and seen as a woman and patient.
