I reached out to Perry Hart over a year ago when I needed help transferring an RDSP out of a bank and into my name. It was a long, frustrating, and drawn out process but Perry stuck with it, doing all he could to make it happen. Yesterday I was reviewing my finances and preparing for tax season. In the process, I realized something: During these crazy last six months, more than once I thought to my self: "Oh, maybe I should invest just a bit on X. It's a long shot, but everyone is making money out of it!" All of those times, the next thought was along the lines of "I'd have to call Lucian, and explain to him what I want to do, and he is going to tell me that is reckless, and he is probably right... Oh well, better not touch what works." Invariably, a few weeks later, I'd discover how screwed I'd have been if I had made the bet.

Investing with Lucian has helped me stay on track. Just knowing that I have someone helping me be accountable makes a difference. I think if I had gone with something like Questrade, I'd have had a much harder time staying on plan and not screwing up pouring money in TSLA after it reached 700.
