I took Managing for Non-Managers Level 1 at PMC. I found this course extremely valuable and will look at doing Level 2 in the future. The instructor was approachable, experienced, and skillful in answering our questions. The class size was small (5) and allowed for a great deal of interaction. I’d recommend this course for supervisors and/or project managers (or those aspiring to do the same). The focus of the course was building commitment to a team/goal over compliance and had implications for a range of professional relationships and activities. It was relevant and helpful for my current role.

Absolutely LOVE PMC training courses. I have taken several over the past 15 years and each course has been amazing. As a government employee, one of the main things I love about PMC is that the courses are meant for anyone, not just federal employees.
