Lisa Scott is a terrible real estate agent, I listed my property with her in december 2023 and she mishandled the sale of my property from the start! She mis-priced my property twice and finally when I had an offer of $400,00 in late march 2024 she said it's to low and that I should pass on it, finally after my listing had expired 2 times with her she passed me over to another agent in her office in july, the new agent inspected my home and informed me that the values of homes in the bancroft area have been dropping every month this year and now my home was only worth approx $350,000! Thanks to Lisa's incompetent laziness and the fact that she did not do a monthly market analyst which would have showed her the current value of my property in march that the offer of $400,000 was actually a good offer which we could have worked with! instead a few months later I end up having to sell my property at $340,00, a difference of $60,000! So thanks to her I am out $60,000! I would not recommend you use her or her office to sell your home; you will end up regretting it big time!
