The experience was frustrating and far from professional. Communication was poor, with emails frequently going unanswered for weeks. Important deadlines were missed, leading to unnecessary stress and complications. Additionally, the financial statements contained multiple errors, showing a clear lack of attention to detail resulting in me loosing trust. Given the premium fees, I expected a much higher standard of service, but unfortunately, the quality did not justify the cost.

Do not recommend. Our experience with Gram was very bad.
They were extremely unresponsive, leaving us in the dark for weeks, which, for Rukie, should be considered normal for an accountant during tax season. The reality is that they're taking on more clients than they can handle, and they’re prioritizing their own business over ours.

The situation was so bad that we decided to switch to another consultant. We discovered critical errors and they missed a crucial deadline, costing us money.
Trusting them with our business taxes was a mistake. We relied on their seemingly flawless 40 five-star reviews on Google, but of course, it turned out to be too good to be true, resulting in lost time and money.

It's rare for me to write a review but because there was no real accountability on their side, I felt this one was worth a few minutes of my time.
