He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. Alireza took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions. CLEAR Result did not approve my old fridge with a broken seal for replacement, and I do not understand why it was deemed ineligible. Additionally, the room doors' sealing strips were low quality and tore within a month, without even being opened or closed. The window still requires weather stripping, which was not provided.
Overall, the program seems to focus on minimizing its spending by only providing low-cost items such as a few LED bulbs, a shower head, an aerator and a clothes dryer line while more impactful upgrades—such as attic insulation and energy-efficient appliances—are promised by the program.
It would be better if the government conducted a survey of residents to verify that the upgrades were properly completed and that the program genuinely benefits households by reducing their energy bills.
