We are a current tenant of Dragon City Mall, the property management has provided sufficient help onboard new tenants, like marketing, and quick response. Pretty good.

WORST OF THE WORST. If you're considering hiring this property management company, I plead that you reconsider. If you're purchasing a condo where this company is responsible for the property management, be prepared for unnecessary agitation and stress.

The other comments are absolutely accurate--responsiveness? Horrendous. Overall customer service? Horrendous. You will not ever be able to get in contact with anyone, BUT if you are doing anything on your property that they do not like, you will be reached promptly.

I regularly deal with various property management companies, and I assure you there are better ones out there. All of the buildings that this company manages are in poor condition because of the lack of oversight.

This company has been servicing our townhouse condo for about 3 years and, in my opinion, they are the worst company we have every had. I had been a director on the board for many years so I have experience to justify my opinion. The property manager does not respond to owners and we all feel ignored. The contractors they employ are poor quality and we often have to have jobs done twice or three times before they get it right. If you are looking for a new property management company, avoid Shiupong!

The worst company ever. They are my townhouse service but whenever i call/contact them, i never got response. My basement got wet, i sent them email with photos. I called them, no pick up. I emailed them, no reply. But when i was late on monthly payment, i got a notice mail right away.

I can join to those,who fill very dissapointed about service provide by Shiu Pong management.On the past,as a member board of dir.i working woth many managers from different comp.But Shiu Pong was the worst.I not recomended this company service.
