We have had the pleasure of being tenants under Lauren's portfolio at Dash Property Management. She has been wonderful to work with. When maintenance issues came up, Lauren was immediately reachable, acted on the problem right away and sent contractors, and the contractors fixed the issue the first time with no recurrence. Lauren has also been kind, friendly and easy to deal with, responsive, and patient in answering questions and providing processes to follow. Overall, our experience at this building has been a delight and we believe much of that is owed to having an efficient and friendly property management company. Thank you!

This property management company is very disorganized and unprofessional. I have reached out to our Portfolio Manager - Michelle Apunte multiple times, and she has not responded to any of our e-mails. She also promised to provide an update within 3 days when I called her and has not done so. The communication is clearly lacking.

Michelle provided us with incomplete and incorrect instructions. Dash had repaved the driveway of our building, and Michelle informed us to park on the street since she had made parking arrangements. Numerous tenants have received a parking ticket, and no one wants to take accountability for this mishap.

I would NOT recommend them!

UPDATE:
Dash Property Management responded to the above comment and said that: "Finding alternative legal parking during this time was the responsibility of each resident." Meanwhile, this was never communicated on their initial e-mail and memo. They couldn't even provide an e-mail (with a date and time stamp) stating this. Please stop twisting the story because we have the receipts of what we were instructed to do. That does not change the fact that you provided incomplete and incorrect information. You need to revisit all the e-mails you've provided us before responding to my review because you clearly did not do your research. I find it hilarious how Dash has all the time in the world to respond to my Google review but they couldn't even pick up the phone or respond to my e-mails. So unprofessional!

Working with Dash has been a relatively easy process as a contractor. Good company to work with and the property managers are very professional and efficient in what they do. Michelle ensures work is done where needed and very fair.

We had a very disappointing experience with this property and Dash Property Management.
From the day we moved in, we encountered multiple maintenance issues that were reported early on, but shockingly, some of them remained unresolved even after a full year. On top of that, any new issues that arose later during our stay were also subject to long delays and poor follow-up. We had to chase them multiple times for updates, often receiving no clear timeline or solution.
Communication was consistently slow, and we felt completely unsupported as tenants. Despite our efforts to resolve matters respectfully and cooperatively, we were met with ongoing resistance and inaction.
To make things worse, even after we fulfilled the full term of our lease and gave reasonable notice of our intention to move out, they unreasonably objected and tried to delay our departure. This added unnecessary stress and frustration at the end of an already difficult tenancy.
If you value responsive property management, timely repairs, and respectful communication, I strongly advise you to stay away from this property and Dash Property Management.

Response to Management’s Comment:

We moved in on July 20, 2024, and reported a series of serious issues just two days later, on July 22. These included stained and damaged walls, suspected water leakage under the master bedroom closet, a broken den door handle, detached curtains in the bedroom, a leaking dishwasher showing error, and a broken Ethernet port that made internet setup impossible. These problems should have been resolved prior to our move-in.

Despite repeated follow-ups, some of these issues remain unresolved even after nearly a year. We were never contacted regarding the installation of the blind. Instead, in this rental market environment, we were abruptly informed of a rent increase, despite the lack of basic repairs. On May 7, we submitted new maintenance requests (e.g., master bedroom light not working, AC not functioning in rooms outside the bedroom), and only received a response on June 18.

My overall living experience has been significantly impacted by poor maintenance and ongoing neglect in communication. This reflects a clear disregard for tenant rights and basic habitability standards.

I want Lauren Tobias to be removed from my portfolio immediately!!!!! She is extremely rude, unprofessional and arrogant!!!! she does not even know how to talk to people!!!!

i live at this place for 5 years without an issue! my rent is increasing every year. i understood that the rent was too high everywhere and was not saying anything! this year when the rent priced dropped everywhere and i still received increase notice which is too high i asked her to give me the contact details of the landlord or if she can ask her not to increase it more at least for a year or we have to move out. she said she would ask the landlord. when i did not hear back from her almost a week i sent an email again yesterday which was ignored! i called this mirning and told her i sent couple of emails but noone got back to me! she told me very rudly that she is busy and when she finds time she will respond to my email which means fir a week even though she said she would ask the landlord she did not yet!!! i asked how long i should wait as i need an answer to know what to do, she said that she does not know, whenever she finds time fir me and i should just wait who kniws hiw long! i asked her if i could speak to the manager and she rudly said i will firward your issue and hang up the phone on me!!! i called back and she is not answering my calls!!! my husband is calling also and she is igniring us!!!! i am going to go to the office to report her!!!! she is absolutelly not acceptable!!!! i will do my best to let everyone know who she us!!! she is just a shame and you must train your staff behore you hire them to teach them how to talk at keast!!!!

UPDATE!!!

After this incident Mark called me and instead of apologizing he said there is only one portfolio manager Lauren and she cannot be replaced and she was busy ( that gives right to be rude and hang up phone on people), he said that they would check with the landlord as they are not giving contact details of landlords to their tenants and my landlord lives in another country and i should expect the answer by the end of july!

right after an hour Lauren sends me an email that my request was declined and the rent will be increased! somehow she found time and was not that busy! I am absolutely 100% sure that noone checked or tried anything! They just wanted to get rid of me and not help at all so they found easy way immediately just to inform me NO!!!
