Worst management ever in whole GTA. If you have any issues they will never ever receive your call. We are still living in their appartment and it feels like we are stuck. If your appartment have any issues they will not do any temporary arrangements for you . From a week my shower is not working and guess what nobody is responding my call no admins, no receptionist, no manager not a damm single person. Building superintendent are extremely rude😠😠. Apart from all of these their rents are super high.

Complete garbage company, the Lynden park building in Brantford is horrible and they do not care at all, have tried many times to contact someone about problems for years and never received anything back. Not one thing has ever been repaired in my apartment in 10 years and the building manager has nothing but bad attitude towards us any time we try asking about anything. Can't even find the manager most of the time cause she never here to try getting our rent receipts which is supposed to be given to us by law. Do not recommend any place these people own because they clearly have no care about tenants rights.

Wish I could give -5 stars.
They do not know even the basics of communication or common courtesy.
They want 2 months money order before even looking at the application - we did that..
You have to go physically to office for everything - nothing is on email - we did that.
Then despite of having the cleanest rent record (living in current apt for 5 years) and having a job in a Big4 org, they wanted a guarantor for the rent and then had the audacity to decline the application after 2 weeks of wasting our time and 4 trips to the building location by saying the papers are not clear.

BTW these apts do not have ceiling lights, you have to bring your own lamps and the rooms can be very dark..

Be careful dealing with their representatives. Ask for everything in writing or email. Don't call anyone to inquire about a issue. Know your rights and don't be bullied by these people. You can hold your rent in a separate account and issue them deposit receipts as proof your not negligent in paying rent. You only want your issue corrected before releasing rent. It's called escrow. Google landlord and tenant act of Ontario to learn your rights.

The building 605 Finch Ave W managed by Brown Group is the worst apartment building I've lived in my entire life. They consistently shut off the entire water to the building without notice many times, giving us excuses about the age of the building. If you're going to rent an apartment, I'd highly recommend going anywhere that's not managed by them as you can pay the same amount living somewhere a lot better. If I could, I would of give them a negative star for how much inconvenience they've caused. I don't think it's humanly right to withhold basic necessities to survive especially in this COVID pandemic. We have to go into Tim Hortons washrooms to be able to wash our face in the morning.

PLEASE DONT RENT 605 FINCH AVE WEST !!

This is a very difficult company to deal with. The office woman by the name of Nancy is extremely rude and condescending. If you are a tenant at any of their rental locations then you are absolutely the last person that they want to deal with. Legitimate complaints such as mice cockroaches bedbugs and building repairs will not be dealt with. They will tell you that it will be fixed and it never is. Multiple complaints go nowhere.
Their building management team of Rob and David are also very hard to work with.
They manage multiple locations for The Brown Group.
When told that there was a rampant mice problem my wife and I were told so what they are field mice deal with it. We were shocked by this as mice carry disease . We also noticed that Rob and David were terrible gossips. They would regularly talk about tenants financial situations, who was late with rent and who was in arrears. Unfortunately they also frequently gossiped about the condition of tenants apartments. Such as if it was clean or cluttered. This gossip is repeated to other tenants with-in earshot of open windows.
My wife and I were told by service workers (after I was almost electrocuted by old faulty wiring) that the buildings managed by The Brown Group were the worst in the city.
I would call this company slumlords . We moved after 2 years and would NEVER rent from the company again. Extremely poor rude uncooperative management both in office and out.

Regarding 15 Park Hill Crt Brampton
I have lived there for quite a few years now. The lady at the management office for Brown is unhelpful and rude, let alone condescending. Rent is 'CRAZY' high for an old Brampton building that NEEDS updating. It is so Dark and dingy. Paint is not that expensive. Brighten and freshen the place up. Smell of stale beer and marijuana is finally gone from the lobby after way too much complaining. Pool, gets opened, reluctantly, and is an ugly cement surround with algae in the pool, we use it but,,,,,,. Guest parking? what parking? most of the spots are used by the residents parking. Guest can go around the corner to city hall!!! I have spoken to many neighbors now, quite a few elderly, who don't know what to do, who all feel the same way. oh ya, and air conditioners that actually work? right!!! All this for $1600 a month!!! NEVER get help from the Brown Group just a lot of brush it off's.

Bad management, totally unprofessional and rude. The new administrator Daniela Danciu is full of attitude and no customer service skills. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. A very bad addition to the team that just make things even worse.
