I have a terrible experience with rent panda. I made a schedule with them to visit an apartment. Close to the visiting day they reschedule to next week and I wait till the date. Before I go I contact them they answer me they can not go to show me the house and they want to reschedule again. They are not professional and don’t respect customer. I wasted my chance to have an apartment because I waste for them.

I use Rentpanda as a sote to rent apartments. My last one I listed did not put it on Marketplace. After a struggle getting a contact email because theres no help line anywhere I finally got a response saying they werw having trouble with marketplace and would get back to me that day. No reply back in 2 days contact them again. This time he replied and offered me my money back. I said just promote and extend my listing which he did for free. I never did get put on marketplace by rentpanda so I did it myself and told the recipiants to go to the rentpanda site to fill out a profile to help me with screening. That also did not go well, some messaged me on marketplace and said they couldnt access the profile page only the showing page which some of them wrote me a vague self profile. I again emailed rentpanda, told them whats happening, no reply days later. Anyway I ended up renting it but felt Rentpanda disappointed me this time. They need to have an easy access help line clearly marked for customer service. It also took longer to find more tenant applicants because of the delays. Dont know whats going on but they never did fix the marketplace problem in over 2 weeks.
