these guys are absolutely trash. they kept billing me for a unit i sold in a condo they managed, and still wouldn't stop after i sent 5 emails. ended up calling their head office only to be transferred to the most garbage account representative ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. could barely understand english, couldn't communicate in a professional manner and was utterly useless

Chirag at Grand Harbour has been efficient with communicating and getting back to me every time I needed any assistance. I appreciate Chirag for sending the Superintendent and contractors to help with the snaking of the drain and following up whenever I have had any issues in my unit. Thank You Chirag and the grand Harbour team. Great Job!

Probably one of the worst management company in Canada.. avoid condos with this management office. They are slow, doesnt reply to you, and they DO NOT WORK

They are irresponsible on Jobs where they did driveway repair without informing resident and it cost so many residents 175$ tickets from Bylaw officer . Now they lying and didn't respond with proof . I don't know how they manage properties probably by abusing system. Never reccomend this property management as a Google reviewer . Below is the proof . Me along with my neighbors all got a ticket because if this company and now they trying to avoid it. Shame on them ..

Very ABUSIVE & SHADY Property Management & Condo Maintenance Practice & this Behaviour starts from President - Craig & flows to VP & Property Managers to Site Admin.

Property Managers from MRCM who are licensed by CMRAO have SHADY & Questionable Education, Experience but they OBTAIN Titles, Like Site Admins & Condo Manager & they are terminated from Condos because of Chronic LIES towards the Problems, Chronic Neglect towards WATER DAMAGES, LEAKS & NOISE/VIBRATIONS from Water Pipes running thru Condo Suites.

MRCM Staff Promotes HATRED, DISCRIMINATION & ABUSE towards Resident (Tenants) & BACKSTAB them by WRITING inappropriate letters to their LANDLORDS as MOST Condos have more than 50% OCCUPANTS as Tenants.

This ABUSE allows BOARD & MRCM to reduce ANY & ALL Repairs & Maintenance that they are Suppose to do leading to Chronic Flooding, Water Damages, Leaks, Heating issues in Winter & Noise/Vibrations from Common Water Riser Pipes etc.

MRCM's Staff is a FRAUD & MRCM do not publish their Company's Correct Phone nor you can reach anyone for any Complaints.

CONDO'S where MRCM operated are in POOR Conditions due to ABUSIVE & HARASSING Behaviour of MRCM Staff towards the Residents & MRCM has been removed from those Condo Corporations.

Many Site Admin & Property Managers are TERMINATED from our Condos as well, Operating on behalf of MRCM.

Leza Blair, Tamara Standen, Brigitte Cooper, Jessica O'Leary are few of the CORRUPT staff we have dealt so far.

For MONTHS ELEVATORS are OUT-OF-ORDER.

Amenities are in DILAPIDATED conditions & kept CLOSED or DAMAGED.

Flooding has caused damage to approx. 100 Condo Suites recently.

Hallways Carpet & wallpapers are in DILAPIDATED conditions & missing.

Garage wash is not done leading to excessive DUST, DIRT & DEBRIS on 1000's of CARS.

I think you got the picture about Maple Ridge Community Management I.e MRCM.
