It's was great that you sent the AGI rulings in December 2024 to let us know which units has to pay lump sum June 2025.

But don't you think it would have been a good idea that local management and yourselves sent a reminder letter 3 months or even just a month so we didn't bounce or cheques or go into overdraft.

Local management has time to send letters about entry permissions which is great. But why do we need notices about things that are less important?

I've got about a dozen work orders I'll be submitting. One that I've been waiting for over a year that caused water damage on my living room ceiling that got a single coat of paint.

We always get the worse management.... I've been complaining about our neighbor having diapers in between the fence, rats and air freshener blowing right in front of our face when we go in and out of our door and fan running 24/7 in the backyard and up to this moment the issue hasn't been address yet. Looks like management is sleeping and do nothing with this issue. Its so frustrating that i need to call 311 and fire department about this matter. Better when we have the old owner than quadreal, they are quick to send you rent increase but to slow to address any issue.

This is the reputation of homestead for allowing neglegence UpTo this extent whoever is watching this please contact me to sign a petition to file lawsuit against this management beware quadreal because we hear complain about this kind of incidents so very soon unless you take care of this kind of unhygienic tenants we report to and make lawsuit
