This is to express my gratitude to Jocelyn Cortez who’s been managing our building at 65 Forest Manor Rd.
It was very nice to have her in the office of our building. She worked very hard all day long. She was very nice and very helpful every time I had the problem. Jocelyn was also very professional while talking to me and other tenants. All problems were solved quickly. I personally liked the fact that she communicated with me very efficiently in person and by mail.

Excellent ice cream! Lots of great different flavours, toppings and options. Love the designs and colours on the truck too. Very appealing to the eye and definitely much needed on a hot day! Would definitely try again.

Ms. Dubois has only recently started to manage the building and property that I reside in. I also happen to be on the Condo Board, TSCC 2783, 188 Cumberland Street, Toronto, Ontario, M5R 0B6.

Since the beginning, Ms. Dubois has truly prioritized the needs of the residents/owners and her attention to detail has been fully apparent. She has addressed many overdue issues including the need for audited financial statements and fiscal reports for the building. At the same time, Ms. Dubois has and continues to address issues related to the building itself. Some are long overdue.

Please note in working with the Board, and as a resident in the building, I have found Ms. Dubois to be a true professional who puts a great amount of effort into making sure decisions are made in our best interest. She steers clear of any conflicts of interest and is one of the most impressive Property Managers I've had the pleasure of working with. Her ability to deal with the many personalities and their challenges in a courteous manner is notable.

I hope her tenure here is long and rewarded accordingly as she is a true asset to all of the owners.

Additionally, in regards to the Assistant Property Manager. Danielle McDonald at 188 Cumberland Street, Toronto. Ms Danielle McDonald has been very efficient with any request I've made. She has helped at every opportunity. It is with pleasure that I can communicate to you that she is truly a professional at what she does. Both her and Samantha Dubois make an excellent team!

I am a homeowner in one of the buildings they manage and have been living beside a violent neighbour who damages the property, is super loud (past 11pm) and even involved with police incidents. It has been a year with over 10 different terrifying occurrences and the property management has done nothing. All they do is file incident reports and call it a day. Isn't it the condo's job to enforce its rules and ensure all resident's safety?

We live in a small boutique Building....over the years we had gone through a few Property Management Companies but none of which had the proffesionalisium to look after our needs.

We were recommended to FHK and decided to use them...
Why? ...out of all the PM Comapnies we looked at FHK seemed
to understand our needs and as it turns out we made the correct decision.

From the peope at the very Top to even the staff in the office.
They could not be more helpful.

WE now have our building back to the condition where it should have been.
If your Looking for a PM Company that shows concern and has the expertize to look after a Building the way it should be looked after FHK is the Property Management company to go to.

I’ve lived at the Regency for almost ten years and my five star rating reflects my experience here. Not only is the Regency a beautiful building in a perfect location in Yorkville but every staff member goes above and beyond to be of assistance . I’ve always been greeted with a warm hello from Malik, Nigel or the Concierge on duty when I’m entering or leaving the building and asked if I needed help carrying anything upstairs. Even at the busiest of times, the valets do a great job with our cars and I’ve actually never parked my own! Ali, Senior Property Manager and Dave, Property Manager are on top of everything happening within the Regency and in the Yorkville neighborhood. I made a great choice to move here when I sold my home.
