Emil and Sue's were an awesome host. They were proactive and super responsive. All the instructions right from check-in until check-out were clear and detailed. The unit is located centrally at a prime location of Sheppard and Yonge, intersection of two subway lines. Direct access to Dollarama, Subway, Frescho and all other buildings around the area. Close to 401 and Don Valley Parkway. Service Ontario and Service Canada are nearby if you need any official service. Highly recommend the place for your next stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Emil and Sue’s place! The location is excellent, situated in a convenient and vibrant neighborhood with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The home was immaculate, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I stayed for about three months, my time spent here in Sue’s apartment was Fabulous! Very clean, like everything was newly furnished and no one stayed before I came. Had cable and internet which was a bonus, also was supplied everything that Was needed, paper towel, soap, and toilette paper just like a hotel, but the comfort of a home! Also was amazing to have all kind of shopping stores downstairs didn’t have to even go outside! Thanks a million! I actually can’t wait to come back to Toronto just to stay in theses apartments again!

Giving 1* because I can’t give less. I am a travel agency and I’ve reached out to this company months ahead of time, they said they can’t provide with a quote that early, I’ve reached out two months ahead of time, they said they didn’t fix the summer season rates, asked when I can get a quote for the desired dates, no response, I don’t know how with such lack of professionalism people can still get 5 stars on google!

I stayed in this is apartment for six weeks. It was extremely well presented and fully equipped for a medium-long term traveller like myself who likes to cook. Subway station is right below the apartment and the range of restaurants and shopping options are excellent. The apartment was very well cleaned and all amenities were available. Emil and Sue are truly super hosts. There were minor issues which I reported and they kindly attended to them. I will be visiting Toronto on business and would definitely stay here again if it is available. Highly recommended for future travelers. Well done guys.

The place is right by the metro station which makes it easy to get wherever, and you can't beat the Tim Hortons and Shoppers that is literally downstairs, a few steps away from the building. We stayed there being new comers in Canada and it really helped us get on our 2 feet.
They were great hosts, always very responsive and helpful.

I had a perfect time at Emil&Sue's apartment.

Very clean, new furniture and appliances. Has everything you need to get started. The apartment also has a balcony, which is not obvious from the pictures and was a nice surprise!

The location is great, being only 5 minutes away from the subway. There is a grocery store and a drugstore nearby as well.

I had an amazing 4month stay at Emil & Sue's place. The apartment is equipped with everything for daily need and steps from close to fresh co, no frill, tims, shoppers. Emil & Sue are extremely responsive and truly made me feel like home! 10/10 recommend.
