I have not been to this office and I cannot say for sure that the management does a bad job and service, but the property manager of 625 and 623 Finch Avenue West is disgusting. All the neighbors are unhappy with the work and the person holding the position of manager for these buildings. She has a conflict with all the residents of both houses. She comes up with her own rules and manipulates this. Requests for repairs in apartments take from 6 months and even up to a year. A manager for these 2 buildings definitely needs to be replaced.

Money hungry for the past 3-4 years HR property has been pushing to go over the rent increase percentage. There has been no upgrades to the units when it comes to the kitchens, floors, bathrooms and etc. They changed the carpet in the hallway and put glass balconies which is something they should of taken rent money over the decades to provide those upgrades.
