We lived a year and decided to move because the walls between the apartments are so thin that you can hear the neighbor sneezing, there were often situations when the neighbors were noisy, and the manager did nothing. Winter cold in the apartment, in the bathroom does not work ventilation, do not advise.The manager could enter the apartment with new tenants in our absence without prior notice

Very nice area of the city and very quiet building. I’ve lived here for almost 4 years and I love it. I’ve only had a few issues and they were always dealt with promptly and professionally. The building is always clean and it feels very safe. The only comment I have is that there is very little storage for bikes and no visitor parking.

Lived here for two years and very much enjoyed our experience. The residents manager is hardworking and responsive if any issues arise. The units are well maintained and have recently been renovated. I would highly recommend!

I moved recently in Toronto with my son student and daughter 12-years old, and the first we met were superintendents - Rovena & Endri - nice, friendly and very welcoming fellows - we felt like we were living for years in this environment. They make sure everything in the building is in order, tidy and clean. Once any concern is addressed they are there, promptly to provide solution in a very responsible and professional way.
The building is compact, well renovated with a modest yard in front. The neighborhood is quite; and very appropriate for the families that are raising their kids - daycare and elementary schools nearby. . Location is very appropriate for those who work and study in downtown as well; the subway station can be reached in 4 min walk and from there becomes easy to get everywhere as needed. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice and clean building. Great location. A beautiful experience living here and the resident managers are simply the best and do an amazing job comparing to anywhere else I have lived. We were treated like royalties. A big THANK YOU.

The apartment is in a very nice clean location and its safe as well. Maintenance of the apartment is excellent. Despite, having such good things there is no privacy in the unit and we can not talk much even in normal hours as it disturbs other.

Very few tenants who have been living since, so many years and who know each other nicely have a strong mutual bond for each other and they forget that they are also tenants and fail to follow the rules in their agreement that of noise as shown below:

"The Tenant shall not cause, permit or suffer any noise or interference which is disturbing to the comfort or reasonable enjoyment of the Rented Premises by the Landlord or any other Tenant."

The irony is when they make noise its acceptable when others do the same thing they get irritated and hold a pure grudge which results in harassment.

Many complaints were made and when the concerned person comes to solve the matter the harasser will pretend as if nothing had happened and then the same stuff continues. Police officials said we can not intervene for such things unless its a threat or criminal act.

What is the meaning of paying rent? Its a punishment to self and wastage of time.
