The service is excellent and really helpful, and staffs are super nice and kind. Everything was smooth and fast. Will recommend to all my friends to file taxes there.

I’ve never had a worse experience doing my taxes than with this account firm. I’ve sent them several emails and WhatsApp messages to no avail. It was only when I got a 3rd party involved did they finally do my taxes. My taxes were completely back in the end of April. I have as yet to get my carbon rebate. I’m not even sure my taxes were done properly! They cannot respond to emails. What business doesn’t check the email of a paying customer They came highly recommended and unfortunately they have done nothing but waste my time! Oh and the only time I had a timely email response from them was when I accidentally paid them $5 less! I sent the money and no response! Do better!!!
