Sahil has been great in helping me deal with a complicated tax situation. He always takes the time to explain items and respond to my questions in a timely manner. He is knowledgable on tax issues and up to date on the latest changes and provides good recommendations on what I should do with my personal tax situation. I find the portal a bit confusing to deal with and find myself having to re-send items sometimes or re-explain items when it is already in the system. Also, I would suggest that invoices are more clear as I find myself having to go back and ask about how the fee was determined - a clear breakdown of the costs would help prevent the back and forth and save everyone time! Overall a good experience - thanks!
