I was in the market for an investment property, and, after less-than-satisfactory experiences with a few different agents, I was introduced to Alan Saliba. My situation was somewhat difficult as all communications had to be handled remotely, but Alan worked hard from the get-go to answer my questions candidly and ensure that I fully understood the reasoning behind the answers. In the end, we found a solid property that met my requirements, and he negotiated a great deal on closing price. I would be very comfortable working with Alan again, and I would also not hesitate to recommend his services as an agent to friends, family, or acquaintances.
Alan has also been managing the property since day one. I believe he did a fantastic job in quickly finding/vetting tenants and filling the units, and things have been running smoothly so far. The communication has been very good, and I feel that his network provides good value and quality for any required maintenance work. Once again, I would not hesitate to recommend his services.

5-star experience working with Adam Mysliwy and crew over at Elevate Real Estate. Adam was very patient with us as we looked for our new house. If he wasn't available for a viewing , Andre or one of the other team members seamlessly took over. Once we found our new house, Adam took the time to help us work through the various issues that popped up during the home inspection. Overall great experience and highly recommended!

Awful experience with the agent David , he is basically a thug and has no right serving the public. If you worried about being in good hands do not hesitate to find someone different. A crook that takes advantage of the little guy and will lie cheat and ya good looks can go do far. Do not trust this guy.
