I didn't get her last name, but Marcy is probably the best customer service experience I have run into anywhere. Not only was she polite, helpful and resourceful, but she laughed with me all the way through my set up. This lady needs a raise and you should base your customer training off of her!! Marcy, thank you, you're the best!!

Recently bought a house in FSJ and the gas meter was questionable. Contacted PNG and the response was fast. Chris and Fred were over within a week and decided it needed to be moved. In two visits within two weeks it was moved and ready for my new furnace. Minimal disturbance to my property and the whole team was great. Big thanks to everyone at PNG, always great service!!

Best customer service ever!!! Carol was so helpful in making me understand PNG billing system. Since we moved into our new place I thought we have used $400 worth of GAS in less than 30 days that's impossible. She went through with me in understanding how the calculation is done and that made my weekend. Thank you Carol.

Customer service is absolutely terrible.
As some people work out of town, they offer no e-billing,
As well if your account is over due they will send a letter stating so, but like i mentioned if you work out of town you get an excuse "if time permits, they will do a courtesy call" to which they never do.

WARNING
are you a pacific northern gas customer in fort st john?
i got their bill for the last 2 months today and they are trying to "estimate" consumption probably to save their cash,... well their estimate the meter to now be 1884 BUT I WENT AND READ THE METER MYSELF and it is actually at 1703 so total we used is under 250 m3 but theirs says 484 !!their are almost DOUBLING the use !! and the off course the bill ! pls check your bill and maybe daybreak can give them a call I will be on my way there at 9 when they open... and I have a bill fir them 50$ for meter reading ! if we all did this PNG would be aactually read their meter not just pull usage off you know where ! and the gals in town were sort of helpfull at passing the bucket to somewhere else off course probably trying to send me to a net robot assistant ! so my rating for PNG is -5 !

The customer service department of this horrid company is pathetic! Monopolies breed uselessness and ignorance. The fact that you can’t talk to a local representative and they lock their doors to the public show they’re need to hide behind closed doors with their piss poor attitude! Thanks PNG for dehumanizing customers into numbers.

I've been a customer for years, decades, now a senior I've been cut off service for being $60 overdue. Now I find out they have been billing me with the gas shut off. THIEVERY
