My first appointment booked didn't happen. Don't know what happened to it when I realized the appointment time had passed significantly. I called them back. They booked another appointment time. And that time passed as well so I sent them a quick message. Stating that the Doctor still had not called me back. But I would be unavailable for about an hour at which time. The Doctor did call me back after that hour. He was very knowledgeable courteous apologetic. And dealt with my issue right away and hopefully it will have a good outcome. I would definitely use them again.

How brilliant! And helpful. And caring. Today I had questions for the pharmacist regarding a skin rash. She suggested a doctor appoinment phone call, and then made the appointment for me.
The doctor was thorough and kind, and provided a prescription for pickup at the pharmacy within hours.

This pharmacy continues to go above and beyond. I am away at school and called to see if I could get a repeat of an antibiotic I'd had in the past. They were unable to do so, but booked me a Telehealth call to get a prescription! The prescription will be sent to a pharmacy near where I am currently staying, but my business will definitely be a Howe Sound Pharmacy customer when I return home!
