They're quick to take your rent money, but they drag their feet on getting stuff done around the building. Laundry has been down for 2-3+ weeks.

Severe lack of communication with tenants. Good luck trying to contact the building manager. Doesn't answer phone calls or emails.

I am so tired of the disrespect from this housing company after 7 complaints and call to police the repair team still during whole day is blaring music so loud my infant cannot sleep during the day they have absolutely no consideration for other people who live attached to their rental units. I am beyond tired of this this family neighborhood and this corporation have absolutely no respect for others.

We've been waiting for months for a new fridge, only to find out about a week ago that they were here to install it without giving us a time or date. We were then told that they would be back the following Monday but no one showed up. I've attempted to contact Angie at the Maintenance Department several times but haven't received any response from her, at this point it seems as though they're holding the fridge hostage. I'm very disappointed in the way they are handling this issue. It's very unprofessional.

Jan. 16, 2024 Update
About a year and a half ago Ontario Aboriginal Housing Service decided to switch our electric heating in our living room over to a Heat Pump. Let me tell the thing doesn't work, we're freezing in our own home because the Heat Pump isn't efficient enough for cold weather. This is the first time we've had this problem if you're thinking about switching to a Heat Pump I'd strongly suggest rethinking because the heat output just doesn't seem to last.

Learn to be a little friendly on the phone should know indigenous people have trauma and don't like being yelled at for no reason and spoken to rudely the government pays millions of dollars if not billions so that type of behavior stops towards indigenous people learn to be kind

They could use some work I pay market rent and still have mouldy cubbords which doesn't seem very high on their list of things they care about but we are in hard times these days so I'm sure its just do to the strain were all feeling
