I started working with Cher and Jim at Tradewinds during the fall of 2023, when it became quite clear my business required an overhaul. Unfortunately, I was too close to the operations for a truly objective point of view. Before I started working with Tradewinds Group I felt like I was lost in my own business. Doing the work as the Land Surveyor, supporting my staff, drafting proposals, and staying on top of everything had me working 7 days a week.
