I have been working with Tricia Cammaart for several years as my holistic nutritionist and she is extremely knowlegable and helpful She cares so much about her clients and finds the right nutrition and supplements that work for them. She also runs a number of group programs that are also very helpful to become healthier. Tricia is also an excellent group fitness instructor and I always enjoy her classes. I recently started working with Jeff as an Energy Medicine consultant and have benefited greatly from this program. Jeff is also a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. His classes are a good complement to his Energy Medicine program. These two people live what they teach!
