Binatech has been our IT service support for a couple of years. The transition was very smooth as they took over, sorting the problems left behind by the incumbent and rectifying issues with an uncooperative incumbent. Their service and response has been excellent, the team is well supported by depth of knowledge and customer focus. They don't rely on a few individuals to support our needs, the knowledge is broad based and we are able to get support quickly and well within their response times!

Binatech is the IT support for the company where I work. The Service Desk team is very fast to respond. Usually I get the call before one hour has past after I have submitted my ticket and they get my issue solved within the call; whether it is a report to block a phishing email, installing new software, setting up a new VPN to work remotely, a problem with a Windows update or a full check for a possible malware file, they get the job done. I think their service level is excellent !

Binatech has effectively served as our IT department since 2007, without interruption. We courted multiple providers in 2007 because we were coming off of a bad experience with our last IT provider. I mention this because, since then, we have been very particular and vigilant when it comes to the quality of our IT services. Now that it is 2020, we honestly say that we have not had any major issues with Binatech in roughly 13 years. We have been consistently pleased with the service. We recognize that it is difficult to maintain a capable team of technicians (in this field) for over a decade. Honestly, we can count technicians that fell short on one hand and, when performance issues were brought to the attention of upper management, they were receptive and already aware of the issues and working on them. In summary, we consider Binatech honourary partners and I would renew my contract now, in a second. We have been very pleased with their services, which have only improved over time. I appreciate those technicians who have remained on the team since the beginning, those that are relatively new, and those who have moved on. Thank you all.
