Have always had positive experience with gate staff; fairly efficient in/out times (depending on the day it can be quite busy with limited unloading spots, though that's rare); price is a bit on the high side but location is convenient for those in the Orangeville or surrounding area.

Been here couple of times, customer service is decent haven't had an issue. Prices are sky high compare to most dumps which for work I got to landfills very often.

Any landfill dump that is privately owned it will cost were landfills ran by a town or region is cheaper an less regulations. For an example Collingwood let me dump dishwasher for free the melt it down, GFL will charge 18 bucks because there double dipping to make more money.

In general all dumps prices has gone up but I find if you go to your town or regional dump there cheaper,cleaner and better!!!

My second time at this facility. Both times consisted of dealing with a polite, respectful team associate. The scale operator Dustin was super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Would give 0 stars if I could staff is rude and will rip you off also this is the most expensive dump I have even been to avoid at all cost 50 dollars for a 5.5 ft truck bed not even full of house hold garbage

The staff inside the office near the scale are professionals. But there are few field staff hiding behind few vehicles near by does nothing to direct traffic or do anything but waste their time there and chilling. Absolutely ridiculous unorganized facility that I have ever seen. The place is dusty and smells really awful. There are no signs to direct the traffic. The roads inside the facility are muddy and create sandstorms every minute. The higher ups who are sitting in posh offices should visit the Brampton facility and learn a thing or two. The cost is extremely high so they can improve the place for users. My visit time at the facility: August 27, 2024: 3:45pm. Just keep an eye on those two field staff members who does nothing to help the situation.

Rude customer service, no clear signage, and everything is disorganized. Bins and spreaders were scattered all over, making the whole experience frustrating and confusing.

Have been waiting here for over half an hour just to back in and dump. No trucks ahead just 2 guys inside trying to clear a jam on the compactor and tons of room to dump in the rest of the building. Gfl truck come and dump but non company trucks wait. Great girls in the scale house but the yard management is poor at best
